About

If you can perceive it, just believe it, and you will achieve it.
Kembala’s interest in personal finance started at the age of six. At ten, it took on new meaning when her carefree way of life ended—with her parents divorce. And her mother unexpectedly became a single parent, faced with the responsibility of raising three young children alone. That’s when her mother had to learn how to manage all of the household finances—on a smaller income.
She witnessed the financial struggles her mother had to overcome to rebuild her life. This challenging experience taught Kembala important lessons about life and money. It also motivated her to learn more about personal finance. So she gained additional knowledge through mentors, read countless personal finance books and magazines, and worked for a large regional bank in the South.
Today Kembala is a successful financial coach with over 14 years of experience. She has developed proven techniques to help her clients improve their money management skills and achieve their financial goals.
She is the Founder of KP Evans Financial, a personal finance education and coaching firm focused on educating, motivating, and empowering people to take control of their financial futures.
Kembala also has 12 years of business consulting experience working at Accenture. As an experienced executive, she managed multi-million dollar programs and worked with many Fortune 500 clients to improve their business performance. She left Accenture to pursue her passion for helping everyday people improve their personal finances.
She has a bachelor of business administration in marketing and management from the University of Miami.
